We began in the real estate sector in 2022, and in 2024, Terry Mansey was founded in the heart of Quintana Roo, Mexico, with the goal of revolutionizing the luxury property market through a personalized and exclusive experience for each client. The company was created by Dana Sandoval, who took on the role of General Director, and Ulises Veledíaz, who serves as Commercial Director. They both shared a common vision: to transform the way high-end properties are marketed in Mexico, focusing not only on the sale of a property but on offering a distinguished and complete lifestyle.
From the beginning, Terry Mansey stood out for its attention to detail and for providing a service that goes beyond traditional real estate market expectations. The company started its activity with a carefully selected portfolio of exclusive properties in some of the most coveted locations in Quintana Roo, such as Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cancun. Each property was chosen not only for its aesthetic value or premium location but also for the quality of life and profitability it could offer its future owners.
